What does CommonWorks do?

We strive to create community through performance and presentations. Our goal is to have an entertaining and thoughtful evening which asks as many if not more questions than answers.

Why is this important?

We live in a time of differing viewpoints and idealogies. Sharing an evening of local voices and opinions is a great way to begin a conversation in the community and forge new links and points of contact

What is the Dreams of America project about?

What does it mean to be American? Different people have varying ideas, throughout history as well as today. Through presentation of opinions, viewpoints and other creative methods, we will try to create a dialogue about some shared truths.

When is the tentative date for a performance?

At this point we are still figuring out the exact dates, but our tentative plan is to have one performance the weekend of September 26th, and another performance the followng weekend of October 3rd.

Do you know where it will be performed?

We are still in the stages of planning this one as well, but we believe one will be in Stamford, No Y and the other around Delhi, NY.
